About the Coach:

I am trained as a Co-Active Professional Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI)

I am also a member in good standing with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and am currently the President Elect of the Edmonton Association of Professional Coaches (EAPC) for 2009.

Using my experience, training, and intuition, I help guide clients as they gain clarity in their life. I work with clients as they take steps toward living with fulfillment and joy.

Danny's Background in Business and Sales:

I come to Professional Coaching with over 15 years of retail and sales experience. I had the good fortune to join a successful company at its inception in 1998. Over the nine years that followed, I helped the company develop from a three person operation into a multinational corporation. My role was very dynamic, as the demands of the company changed. I began in sales, maintaining tops sales for the 7 years that I worked retail. For 5 of those years I was also a Sales Manager, playing a key role in all aspects of human resources, expansion, training and development. I developed a mentor system that helped new employees gain knowledge quickly, while giving seasoned employees an opportunity to develop and be active in the growth of the company. As the company grew, my role evolved to Executive Vice President of Global Business Development where I was involved in high level decisions on international expansion, and creating systems that ensured continued success. As a Sales Coach, I bring a deep understanding of the sales process, which allows me to support and guide sales people as they achieve the success they are looking for.

A Note From Danny:

Hi. Let me share with you a little about my personal experience and what I bring to you and my coaching practice. I want to continuously and consciously create experiences that inspire people in their lives. 

Only in recent years have I come to know what my purpose or mission really is. In fact, I would say most of my life was spent going from one opportunity to next, without really choosing my own path until my 34th year. Despite that, I was lucky enough to be successful in my life. I had (and continue to have) a wonderfully inspiring wife, two amazing kids, a loving family, and good friends. So why did I leave an executive position in a growing company? I had this gnawing feeling that something important was missing. I wasn't sleeping well, I felt stressed, and I could no longer leave work at work. After my departure from the company, it didn't take me long to realize what was missing. Where was the joy and sense of purpose in my life?  I didn't feel like I was creating the world I wanted to live in. Well, that has all changed.

Although I have not always been a Professional Coach, I have always seen the best in people. I notice what is special about them, and help them see it in themselves.  As a coach, it is an honour to assist clients as they grow into their strengths, and lose the beliefs or rules that limit them. What I want for my clients is nothing short of living the life that they dream of, full of possibilities. I want them to feel good about who they are everyday, and know in their hearts that they are a unique and wonderful part of the world we share. I hope that you find through your experience with me, and my website, the inspiration to take serious steps towards living the life of your dreams, however that looks to you.
