Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Yes, simply go through the checkout using paypal, and on the paypal site there is an option to pay by credit card.
Q: I did not receive my challenge today. What do I do?
A: Check your junk mail folder. Unfortunately even good mail goes to junk mail folders sometimes. If you do not find it, you may login and go to Your Progress page. You can view and report on any of the challenges that have been sent to you to date.
Q: I am using my work address, how can I get challenges on the weekend?
A: All challenges that have been emailed to you are also available online for viewing and reporting online when you login to Your Progress page.
Q: Why can’t I report on my challenge?
A: It is possible you are not logged into the account, simply login to www.dannyfreedman.com with your username and password. Then click on Your Progress page to report on each individual challenge.
Q: Why won’t my report save?
A: On some computers, the report button does not click through the first time, scroll down and press the report button a second time, and you should have no problem. There will be a green message at the top of your page that says the report has been created.
Q: I’m too busy, these challenges are coming too fast, can I slow it down?
A: The challenge is intended to get you feeling inspired, not overwhelmed! Remember you can go online and see the challenges anytime, feel free to do the challenge at your own pace. If you feel like playing with it later, you can even choose which challenge you will focus on today.
Q: I have a busy schedule, how long do each of the challenges take?
A: The challenges are all different, and you can put whatever effort you choose into them. No challenge is intended to take longer than 15 minutes, and a lot of them are easily incorporated into what you are doing already. One of the impacts of the challenge is to slow life down a little and experience life in a different, more inspiring way.
Q: Will there be extra costs?
A: There is no reason to spend any extra money on any of the challenges (although you may choose to). The total cost of the challenge is $19.95USD.
Q: Can I give Inspiration Now! The 30 Day Challenge as a gift?
A: Yes. If you wish to gift the challenge, please contact us for details. We will need an email address, username, and password for the intended participant.
Q: Can I add a second person, or sign up a group?
A: If you choose to sign someone up, simply pay for the amount of challenges that you wish to purchase and then contact us and we will add the other participants onto the system. If you have a group of 10 or more contact us for special rates.
Q: I love the challenge and would like to share it on my site or newsletter, how can I do this, and are there any regulations?
A: We would love for you to spread the word about the challenge, and have an Affiliate program to encourage you to do so. Once you sign up as an affiliate, you will have a unique link that you can share.
